1. The service
CurbCopy is a tool that generates draft marketing content — MLS descriptions, social captions, email copy, flyers, and Reel/TikTok scripts — from listing details you provide. It's built for licensed real estate professionals to speed up their own marketing workflow.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the listing details you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CurbCopy.
3. Review your content before publishing
CurbCopy generates draft copy from the facts you supply. It runs an automated Fair Housing Act phrase scan to flag potentially risky language, but that scan is a review aid, not a legal compliance guarantee. You — as the licensed professional — are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before you publish it, including for Fair Housing Act compliance, MLS rules, and any other applicable law or brokerage policy. CurbCopy is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or legal advice.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start a trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page — changes take effect immediately, with charges prorated for the current billing period. Canceling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use CurbCopy to generate content that violates Fair Housing law, misrepresents a property, infringes on someone else's rights, or is otherwise unlawful. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Your content, your ownership
You own the listing details you input and the content CurbCopy generates for you. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us the right to process that data solely to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your content — see our Privacy Policy).
7. Service "as is"
CurbCopy is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the generated content is error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
