What we collect

• Account info: name, email, and password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your raw password).
• Brand profile: brokerage name, tone preferences, signature, and logo you upload.
• Listing data: the property details you enter (address, price, features, notes) and the content generated from them.
• Billing info: handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data: how many listings you've generated, for plan limits and billing.

How we use it

Solely to operate CurbCopy: generating your content, applying your brand voice and logo to exports, enforcing plan limits, processing billing, and providing support if you contact us.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run CurbCopy, each only for what they need to do their job:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic — the listing details you enter are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your content.
• Google — if you use address search on the listing form, what you type is sent to Google's Places API to return suggestions.
• Vercel — hosting for the application itself.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — no advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — listings, generated content, brand profile, and billing history — at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app — listings and generated content can be exported directly, and account deletion is self-serve in Settings. If you need anything else, email us and we'll help directly.

Children

CurbCopy is intended for licensed professionals and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
