Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page whenever you want — changes apply immediately with prorated billing. Canceling stops future charges; there's no lock-in contract.
Does CurbCopy handle Fair Housing compliance for me?
It runs every piece of generated content through an automated Fair Housing Act phrase scan and flags anything that might be risky. That's a review aid, not a compliance guarantee — you're always the one responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes out.
Can I set my own writing voice?
Yes. In Settings you can tune warmth, length, and formality, set an email sign-off, upload your logo, and maintain a list of words you never want used — every generation follows those preferences.
What if I don't like a caption it writes?
Hit Regenerate on that specific piece — it rewrites just that block, not the whole package.
Can I hide the exact address from my social posts?
Yes — there's a per-listing toggle on the New Listing form. When it's on, Instagram captions, story lines, and the open house post reference the neighborhood instead of the street address (the MLS description, email, and flyer always keep the full address).
Is my data safe? Can I delete my account?
Yes — you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it (listings, generated content, brand profile) at any time from Settings. It's immediate and irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
Do I need a Canva account or any other tool?
No — everything CurbCopy generates, including the branded PDF flyer, is ready to use on its own. No other subscriptions required.
Does it work on my phone?
